• Gulfview II Complex is an easy walk to the beach and has private beach access.
• The complex has a fun and large pool, a community BBQ area, and a heated hot tub outside.
• The unique 6th floor has a view from the common area patio of SpaceX launches, and the private patio in the unit has a partial beach view.
• The full-sized kitchen has been completely remodeled and modernized for easy meal prep.
• The bedroom has 2 beds, and an airbed is provided.
• There is an elevator in the building and WiFi in the condo.
• It is important to read and agree to all house rules prior to booking.

About The Space:

• Nice 1 bedroom condo #604 set up for families at Gulfview II.
• This condo has a partial view of the beach from the private outdoor patio, and the common area patio up on the 6th floor has a great view of SpaceX launches.
• Gulfview has one of the nicest pool areas on the Island that is not beachfront.
• Large pool, heated hot tub, and half a dozen community use charcoal BBQ pits outside with plenty of shaded picnic tables that are truly unique for the Island.
• Full-sized and fully equipped kitchen was recently remodeled as pictures show with granite counters and stainless appliances.
• Open concept where kitchen flows to living room.
• Condo has smart TVs for your app/accounts to wind down to movies after a long day at the beach.
• Complex has an elevator so you don't have to climb stairs unless desired.
• Community use laundry area for the complex.
• There is (1) provided off-street parking space.
• While we allow up to 6 people, we feel the space is adequate for 2 couples with 2 children OR a couple with 4 kids.
• There are 2 double beds plus a small couch as well as a double-sized airbed and pump we provide.
• Please bring extra bedding if you plan to use the airbed.
• We provide linens and towels, but do not provide beach towels.
• Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, etc.
• For stays over 4 nights, we do provide complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.
• For work, there is high-speed WiFi in the condo as well as a dining room table or counter to work off of.
• Gulfview II is superior to Gulfview I as they do not charge for wristband deposits.
• It is important to read and agree to all house rules prior to booking.
• Message us questions prior to booking, not after.
• We do allow a max of ONE dog; however, please read in house rules extra things required prior.
• Guests must insure against damages once booking is made and have 2 choices – either pay a one-time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee OR do a $500 refundable damage deposit.
• A signed rental agreement is required as well as a picture of your photo ID to verify age.
• Please do not later indicate there are "hidden fees" when we have clearly stated what exists.
• City of South Padre Short Term Rental Permit number available upon request.
