This vacation rental property can accommodate up to 25 people across 2 floors and 3909sqft. It features 9 beautiful bedrooms, many with en suite access, and 4 fun themed bedrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated into a cozy family room with private WIFI. Outside, there is a sizable private pool and SPA area.

The converted garage to games room is an ‘out of this world’ space with AIR HOCKEY, an AMERICAN POOL TABLE, a selection of NEON LIT GAMES CONSOLES, and RETRO ARCADE MACHINES for entertainment.

The living/dining room and kitchen are an open area with a gorgeous corner sofa and chairs, coffee table, HDTV, and dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and a granite breakfast bar with 3 seats. The sliding doors lead to the pool area.

In every one of the 9 bedrooms, you'll find high-quality bed linen, pillows, and a TV. There are 5 bathrooms and a nook at the top of the stairs on the upper floor with a corner sofa and HDTV area for additional entertainment options.

The outdoor area features a large west-facing private swimming pool with a SPA area, optional pool heating, 7 sun loungers, a table with 4 seats, and a dining table with 6 seats. There is also a pool fence and a wired door alarm for added safety and security.

This is a self-catering property, and guests are recommended to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. The home is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in, and clean sheets and towels will be available. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience. All food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

Pool heating is not included in the rental rate and should be hired prior to guest arrival. The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure, and no refunds will be given for problems due to cold weather.

Starter supplies provided with the home include kitchen paper towel, small bar of soap per bathroom, toilet paper roll per bathroom, dishwashing pods, washing machine pods, and extra trash bags.

Guests are required to arrive with their printed booking confirmation and photo ID to obtain their vehicle pass to enter the resort. Any additional named drivers/vehicles to the lead guest should also have a copy of the booking confirmation and valid ID (Passport/Drivers License).

Pool heat service is available for $30 per day plus tax.
