• This fourth-floor unit is designed for entertaining. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets natural sunlight all day long. Find your favorite spot on the sofa and matching loveseat, turn on the flat-screen TV and host a family movie night. The living room is a calming blend of blues, whites, and greens that reflect the earthy tones of the island.

• Slide open the sliding glass door and step out onto the shady balcony. This private spot is complete with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and unobstructed views of the sparkling resort-style pool and ocean waves in the distance.

• The fully furnished kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The white and tan color scheme gives it a sophisticated vibe, and the stainless steel appliances and sleek tile backsplash bring the whole space together. This kitchen has a large sink, flat top stove, dishwasher, and cabinets stocked with glasses, dishes, and bakeware. Use the coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven in the mornings, reheat leftovers in the microwave for lunch, and use the drawers full of utensils and kitchen gadgets to prepare and eat your favorite meals. A large window in the kitchen allows the cozy space to fill with natural sunlight, and the cabinets provide more than enough room to keep your family’s favorite groceries organized.

• The kitchen flows into a sunny formal dining area surrounded by windows and overlooking the island. Your family can sit around the glass-top dining table and enjoy a meal together, or prop open your laptops and plan your adventures for the day. The dining room has seating for six and is accented with mirrors and subtle beach-themed décor for a comfortable and beautiful place to relax.

• The master bedroom is a mostly white space, accented with a bold wooden headboard and handcrafted dresser. A flat-screen TV sits on top of the detailed dresser, and the King size bed is covered in soft linens and a pillow-soft comforter. Guests in this room have private access out to the balcony and a private ensuite-bathroom. The beautiful master bathroom is a calming blend of glass, chrome, and intricate tilework, and gives guests plenty of room to move about. There is a walk-in shower behind glass doors, an expansive vanity/sink area, and an impressive walk-in closet.

• The second bedroom has two twin beds, plush carpeting, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. The bold comforters add a pop of color to the mostly white room, and this bright and airy bedroom is perfect for kids or adults and is just steps from the family bathroom. The second bathroom is complete with a tub/shower with rain shower features and handicap-accessible bars.

• As a guest of the South Seas community, you have exclusive access to all of the resort’s amenities. Work up a sweat in the fitness area or cool off in the sparkling resort pool. Bring the family down for a game of mini-golf or tennis, or lounge poolside under a big umbrella and experience the best of island life. A path leads right from the waterfront community to the beach, making it easy to wake up and head to the beach first thing in the morning.

• When you’re not lounging by the pool or relaxing on the private balcony, head into the heart of the island to experience some of the local restaurants, beach shops, spas, and vibrant city center. The grocery store is just a short drive away, and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable.

• Registration– You must register with the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association located in the Tower 3 office so that the association can maintain current occupancy information and to obtain your permanent parking pass.

2. Your vehicle’s License Plate Number.
3. $100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle, each additional vehicle is $100, fee is subject to change)
