Blue Siren House puts you in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor townhome on South Padre Island — one level, zero stairs, half a block from public beach access with no road to cross. It is one side of a quiet two-unit duplex and the owner lives on the other, so the privacy here is something most island rentals simply cannot match. At 1,200 square feet with 14-foot ceilings through the main living area, there is more room to move around than most beach rentals will give you. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and counter space to spread out. It opens directly into the living area, which is where that square footage starts to make sense.

Worth saying upfront: this is an older property that has not been remodeled. It is clean, well-kept, and priced honestly for what it is. If brand-new finishes are the priority, other listings on the island will serve you better. If a spacious, private townhome with a genuine South Padre feel sounds right — this is the one.

THE OUTDOORS

  • There is a side yard alongside the backyard, giving the property more outdoor buffer than you typically get in this price range.
  • The garage will not fit a vehicle but does a good job storing beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear so the inside stays tidy.
  • When grilling, please bring your own setup and clean the area when you are finished.

PARKING

  • Two spots included, always free.
  • High-speed WiFi is included as well — note that Spectrum service on the island can be spotty, so if you have work that cannot wait, bring a personal hotspot enabled cell as backup.

  • This townhome is located on E gardenia, and is walkable to the SPI Wine Bar for those that would like wine tasting in an intimate setting; Josphine’s Kitchen (bit further) for excellent breakfasts & lunches: Work out buffs can go to the truly world class brand new Island Fitness that sells day passes for about $15

PETS

  • Dogs are welcome for an additional fee — up to two at a time.
  • Pets are not permitted on furniture, may not be left alone in the home or yard to bark, and must be leashed when outside.
  • Please clean up after your pet (do-doo), as a charge will apply if left for the cleaning crew.
  • Please note you must read, understand, and agree to all House Rules prior to booking.
