• Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

The first floor features:

• An open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings
• A flat-screen monitor with Netflix
• A DVD player with a large collection of movies
• A Nintendo Wii with a number of games
• A freestanding wood stove to cozy up to (firewood provided)
• A fully equipped kitchen with higher-end stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher)
• A combination island workstation and breakfast bar
• One bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a closet offering plenty of storage
• A ¾-bath that includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer
• An ad hoc game room featuring a ping pong table
• Dryers for your boots and gloves

Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals:

• Another bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, 1 set of standard-sized bunk beds, and 1 full bathroom en-suite
• A separate workstation for catching up on necessary work or school activities

Outside of the cabin, you'll find:

• A covered hot tub
• A private rear deck equipped with a gas grill

Don't forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
