Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this completely remodeled loft condo. It features:

• All new Allen + Roth wood floors
• Redesigned kitchenette with all new appliances
• Full bath with all new cabinetry
• Cozy living/dining area equipped with a futon
• Sliding doors that lead to a nice balcony with a territorial view

Ascending the handcrafted staircase leads to a loft sleeping area complete with modern furnishings including:

• One queen-sized bed
• Sofa/sitting area
• Large flat-screen monitor
• Two armoires offering plenty of storage for your personal items

Shared WiFi rounds out the package. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Other Important Notes:

• Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. However, the service is currently subject to failure as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

• This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect and be mindful of neighboring residences. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!
