This lovely two bedroom, two bath Beach Wood villa is located in the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort on the south end of Amelia Island. It's just a short three minute stroll to the Atlantic Ocean, or you can relax by the Beach Wood pool.

The villa is bright and open, perfect for spending time together. You can play golf, rent bikes, walk, or just relax. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large flat screen TV. Comcast cable and internet are provided.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two full size beds, so the villa can accommodate up to six people. This is a dog friendly property, and the owner will allow up to two small dogs with a $250 per dog, non-refundable pet fee.

Please note that this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation and does not give you access to all "resort privileges or amenities," although most are available to you at The Shops of Amelia Island Plantation.

This is a non-smoking villa, and smoking is not permitted inside the villa, on the patio, or in the common breezeway.
