• 5 of the 6 bedrooms are on-suite.
• 2 Kings, 4 Queens, 2 Full Beds and 2 Twin Beds.
• TV's in EVERY bedroom, great room, game room and outdoor patio!

#6 - Guest Room- 2 x Bunk Beds (Twin over Full) so 2 Fulls and 2 Twin Beds & TV

• Pool table and game table in game room.
• The backyard is pristine with an optional heated pool*, hot tub and BBQ/bar area.

Location:
Located in North Scottsdale, you are minutes to the best hiking, restaurants, spa, grocery, etc.

Additional Information:

• All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
• $500/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure at no cost.
• Sorry NO PETS allowed.
• $450/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September)when booking a full month. Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $450/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
• You can get an exact price quote and price breakdown as well as confirm a booking on this page.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Electronic Check at no additional costs.
• 50% of total due upon reservation confirmation.
• 50% of total due 30 days from arrival.
• If booking within 30 days of arrival, 100% due upon booking.
• Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
