After a fun day at the beach or community pool, relax outside with family and friends, grilling a secret family recipe, surrounded by serene pines and the ocean breeze. This 4 bedroom 3 bath two-story house is just a short bike ride to picturesque downtown Rosemary and 30A. Inlet Beach is cherished for being away from the crowds but close to everything. A walk or bike ride straight down Orange Street takes you to the beautiful white sandy beaches and sparkling emerald waters of Inlet Beach.

The first floor features an open concept living and dining area. Stylishly decorated in soothing shades of vanilla and cream, it provides adequate seating for large gatherings, family meals, or watching your favorite show on a large flat screen smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen with great appliances is ideal for conjuring up a delicious spread. Enjoy a morning cup of freshly brewed Keurig coffee or an afternoon cup of delectable Ceylon tea while lounging on the outside patio, taking in the ocean air and listening to the sounds of nature. A convenient and elegant first floor bedroom and a full bath with a king bed and flat screen TV is perfect to unwind in and enjoy a good night's sleep.

The second floor provides an additional living area ideal for the younger guests who would like their own hang out. The cool open space with a large flat screen smart TV and modular furniture is perfect for streaming their favorite movies, hooking up their gaming consoles, or enjoying a fun night of family board games! A large light-filled master suite featuring soothing decor, a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom provides privacy to relax in. A fourth bedroom with classic midcentury styling, a king bed, and a flat screen TV overlooking a private wooded backyard has a charm of its own. The dream catcher bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds and a full shared bathroom is a quiet escape for reading or a slumber party...both ending in sweet dreams and forever memories!
