Enjoy the Florida Sunshine on the large deck in the backyard. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a splendid beach day. This villa is just steps from the free Island trolley that takes you to the dozen restaurants, fishing piers, library, and myriad of shops that make Anna Maria Island a special vacation destination. There is one parking space assigned to the east side of this unit to use throughout your stay at Seahorse Villa East.

Seahorse Villa East is a pet-friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
