• The weather in Arizona can be volatile from November to April, with temperatures soaring over 100 degrees or dropping below 50 degrees.
• This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel, and cover for the pool.
• The heat pump is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees, allowing the pool to reach a comfortable swimming temperature of 85 degrees.
• If you want the pool heated, please book with that option.
• The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if you intend to swim.
• As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch if the temperatures are heading below 50 degrees, and you can decide if you want the pool heated based on weather conditions.
• Pool heat fees can be refunded if you are concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.

City Code Enforcement:
