Dog Friendly Home Includes Beach Access and Bike Free to Use during Stay

Alluring on the outside...Tasteful on the inside. This home away from home is located in a gated community on Amelia Island Plantation.

As you enter the community, the road meanders under a canopy of live oak, palm, and hickory trees that embraces you with a sense of peace and serenity.

Standing in the foyer of this well appointed home, you will notice just beyond the great room, the wall of sliding glass doors drawing your gaze to a deck nestled among the mature trees where beauty has been preserved.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan home has a large kitchen with an island. Provided for you is a choice of a keurig or a drip coffee maker.

The large master bedroom ensuite, has a king size bed, and its own exit door to the deck. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a queen size bed. The 2nd bath sits in between both guest bedrooms, with a tub/shower combination. This home is designed to sleep up to 8 guests. No more than 4 Unrelated Adults Allowed.

Four bicycles and six beach chairs are provided for guest use during your stay. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway.

Please clean the grill after each use.

Beach Access through Beachwood Condos, 7 minute walk.
