• As you enter the community, the road meanders under a canopy of live oak, palm, and hickory trees that embraces you with a sense of peace and serenity.

• Standing in the foyer of this well appointed home, you will notice just beyond the great room, the wall of sliding glass doors drawing your gaze to a deck nestled among the mature trees where beauty has been preserved.

• This 3 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan home has a large kitchen with an island. Provided for you is a choice of a keurig or a drip coffee maker.

• The large master bedroom ensuite, has a king size bed, and its own exit door to the deck. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a queen size bed. The 2nd bath sits in between both guest bedrooms, with a tub/shower combination. This home is designed to sleep up to 8 guests. No more than 4 Unrelated Adults Allowed.

• Four bicycles and six beach chairs are provided for guest use during your stay. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway.

• Please clean the grill after each use.

• DOG FRIENDLY! Small dogs under 20lbs. Must Sign Policy. Must Pay Pet Fee.

• Beach Access through Beachwood Condos, 7 minute walk.

• This is an Extended Stay Property, that must be rented for at least 30 days.
