The kitchen has been totally remodeled to give guests a five-star vacation experience. With top of the line appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets, and an expansive breakfast bar overlooking the patio and pool, this chef-inspired kitchen has all of the gadgets you need to make meals for your hungry crew. The high ceilings, natural light, modern décor, and stylish tile flooring make this kitchen as beautiful as it is functional. Reheat leftovers from the restaurant down the street, or use the name brand appliances and kitchen gadgets to cook a homemade dinner. Little details like plenty of outlets, chrome finishes, and a stylish backsplash bring the whole room together.

Push open the sliding glass doors at the back of the house, and step out into the luxurious outdoor entertainment space. The shady patio features high-end outdoor lounge furniture and a sleek flat-screen TV, so you never have to choose between pool time and watching your favorite shows. Ceiling fans send a cool breeze through the lanai, and a window between the patio and kitchen makes it easy to pass snacks and drinks poolside. If you want to work on your tan, step out onto the screened-in pool deck or lay back in one of the reclining sun loungers and soak up the sun. There is even a grill for you to cook dinner while enjoying the weather. Want more space to soak up the sun? Step through the screen door, follow the stone pathway, and grab a seat in a private and sunny patio space.

The main bedroom features plush carpeting, large windows, and a luxurious king-size bed. With soft tan and blue accents, this room reflects the tranquility and peacefulness of the ocean. A giant flat-screen TV sits above a vintage-inspired dresser, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite shows from the comfort of their bed. French doors provide private access from the main bedroom out to the patio. If you're working while on vacation, this master bedroom features a simple desk where you can prop open your laptop or plan out your next day-trip. The chic white ensuite features double vanities, granite counters, custom cabinets, and a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

The second bedroom is bright and airy, with a King size bed. The second bathroom features white countertops and chrome fixtures with a tub shower combo.

The third bedroom is complete with a king-size bed with a white four-poster frame and large windows to let in the light. A third bathroom features gorgeous tile work, granite countertops, double sinks with chrome fixtures, an expensive vanity, and a large walk-in shower behind glass doors. This bathroom also features a large closet.

Bedroom number four sleeps four with two separate bunk beds, one with two twin beds and one with a twin above and a full below. The final bathroom again features granite countertops and a glass-doored walk-in shower.
