Stainless steel full sized appliances allow for you to eat in every night if you’re looking to stay in after spending time at the pool or beach. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax on and enjoy the large flat screen TV.

The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and Twin extra-long murphy bed bunks. The guest bathroom is close by and has a combination tub/shower.

The spacious Master bedroom has a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower.

The condo has a large balcony and offers multiple views of the beautiful Destin Harbor. This condo has a washer and dryer. Dolphin Point has a strict occupancy and 2 car parking limit. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed. The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign. Turn right onto Moreno Point Road. Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
