  • Beginning January 1, 2022, guests will be asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. The fee is $10/day+ tax. February 2, 2023, parking will increase to $15 a day starting on March 1, 2023.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not, however, be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing, and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Property Manager, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area: Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza, and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information, check them out on the web!

Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within walking distance from the Royal Kahana. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on-site or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. In less than a 5-minute walk, enjoy Maui Brewing Company’s locally made beer (and root beer!) along with a fantastic menu. Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store. Guests will pay the parking fee directly to the front desk when they pick up their parking passes on the property. Parking is $18 a day starting March 1, 2023, for all bookings.
