Welcome to the Quintessential Aspen/Snowmass Mountain Experience. We are honored to welcome you to our charming, three-generation-owned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Snowmass Village. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or just relaxing, this home offers everything you need for the perfect mountain escape.

• MAX OCCUPANCY: 6 people (including children). Significant fines apply for over-occupancy, and the unit comfortably sleeps 4.

Prime Location:

• Our condo is ideally located between Snowmass Mall and Base Village, giving you access to all that Aspen/Snowmass has to offer. With free public transit right outside your door, you can reach the ski mountain, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more in minutes. The bus ride to Aspen is just a two-block walk and takes about 25 minutes, operating from 6 am to 2 am.
• For those driving, we provide two deeded, covered parking spaces for your convenience.

Relax and Unwind:

• Our condo boasts sweeping views of the Snowmass Valley, which can be enjoyed from the second-level deck, complete with a sitting area and grill for family gatherings. The complex also features a year-round heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor steam room, and a basic gym—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Inside the Home:

• The living area is spacious and stylishly decorated in mountain-chic décor, with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, and comfy seating for movie nights. For family time, we have a selection of board games and a large dining table that seats up to eight.
• The open-format kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and grill outside. We’ve also stocked the basics to fuel up for a day of activities.

Bedrooms:

• The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with dual-sink vanities.
• The second bedroom has two twin beds for the kids, a small TV, and access to a detached full bathroom with a shower and single sink.

Additional Amenities:

• In-unit washer and dryer for mid-stay laundry.
• Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers are provided so you can pack light.

Our Commitment:
We understand the current uncertainty, which is why we offer flexible cancellation policies to give you peace of mind. Plus, our rigorous cleaning procedures follow CDC, AHLA, and VRMA guidelines, with hospital-grade disinfectants used after each cleaning to ensure your safety.

Check-In Information:

1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.
