Apartment 919 at The Alexander is a large 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It features a living room, dining area, full kitchen, closets, and a magnificent 20-foot balcony with views of the ocean/beach, intracoastal water canal, golf course, and Miami city. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an additional twin bed as a bonus, and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. This magnificent apartment has southern exposure, meaning the apartment and balcony get sun most of the day. It also includes a full kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware, and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, washer/dryer in the apartment, fully tiled throughout, well maintained and decorated. The apartment sleeps up to 7 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent from 10am - 8pm during your stay. It features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for a hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby, as well as glamorous nightlife entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Eden Roc, both only 8-9 blocks away. Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall are all minutes away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
