Upon entering the main house on the first floor from the pool deck, guests are welcomed into a generous open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, complete with ample seating for dining or entertainment. Ascend via stairs or elevator to the second and third floors, where the bedrooms and expansive balconies await.

• The second floor features a luxurious King master suite and an additional King bedroom, while the third floor offers another King master suite, a second King bedroom, and 4 full-sized hallway bunks.

The Carriage House boasts two distinct entrances: the first-floor entrance features a King bed and separate living space, while the second-floor entrance, accessed via stairs, offers a Queen bed in the alcove and a King-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

With exclusive access to a private pool, close proximity to the beach, off-street parking for 3 vehicles, and its convenient location near Rosemary Beach, this property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.
