All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

• The pool is able to be heated for $350/week to 85 degrees upon request.
• Sorry, NO PETS allowed.
• $400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September; when booking a full month or more). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
