Linda's Beach Shack at Playa Rana

Linda's Beach Shack is located in the heart of Virginia Beach, just 1 block from the oceanfront. It has easy access to the 31st Street entertainments and nearby eateries, including a pub and a great Harris Teeter salad bar and grocery store.

The layout of the shack provides a comfortable living room, a spacious dining area for 6, and a convenient bar for 4 off the kitchen. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms: an ensuite master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized and fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. The shack also includes two TVs, access to the beach, and a swimming pool, ensuring a delightful vacation retreat for the whole family.

Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. The shack is available for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday only.

• Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service.
• Rentals of 30 days or more do not include linens.

Please be aware that tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by the Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. High school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are not allowed to lease the property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request, and the Tenant is required to sign a lease agreement with the Agent, which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in the Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded, and this count includes children. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
