• This single-story home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and a bonus sleeping space. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 32” flat-screen TV. A bonus sleeping space offers two twin-size beds with a convenient privacy curtain to separate the area from the living room. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

• Take your pick between a charcoal or gas grill, located in the fenced backyard. Cook up burgers and dine alfresco on the patio, appointed with a table for four. Or, spend leisurely afternoons sunning on the deck. Across the road, a grassy space features a picnic table under a charming tiki hut. Enjoy a bayside picnic or take a stroll along the pier that leads to a private dock -- outfitted with four chairs.

• Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for up to three cars in the driveway. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent 4BR home for additional space. Please also note that the pier/dock and tiki hut are shared with this other on-site property.
