You are treated to spectacular sunsets from here as well.

Connected to the breezeway are separate guest quarters with tile floors, one queen bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. With its separate entry, the guest quarters is a great place for the up before the sun fisherman.

Upstairs you will find a large balcony with seating leading to the main entry. Once inside, you will immediately appreciate the serenity of this well-appointed home. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen with beautiful vinyl plank flooring throughout the home and gorgeous tile in both bathrooms. The living room has two large sofas and is a perfect spot for movie night or for watching the big game.

The unique, eye-catching dining table is reminiscent of driftwood and can seat up to eight people. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.

You will find everything you need in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen to cook whatever you are craving. Stainless steel appliances, tons of granite counter space, and a striking tile backsplash.

The master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom features a queen bed and a luxurious tiled shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed as well. The second bathroom has a fantastic tile floor and holds a shower and tub combination.
