This 1560 sq. foot luxury two-story condo has three bedrooms and is the perfect mountain retreat. This property is located just around the corner from the Fraser tubing hill and close to the LIFT shuttle that services the Fraser and Winter Park area. The closest Winter Park Lift Shuttle stop on Emerald line is a 7-10 min walk downhill, we recommend wearing boots to make the walk easier.

The master bedroom has a beautiful attached ensuite. The townhome features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views of Byers Peak, Elk Creek, and Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests from every window of this top floor unit. • In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day. This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
