Tucked in one of the island’s most affluent neighborhoods just minutes from the beach, this stunning 2500 square foot home has everything you need to be completely immersed in the tropical island lifestyle.

  • Follow the walkway up to the front door and step into your dreamy home.
  • When you walk in, you’ll notice the cool tan and brown color scheme throughout the living room, soaring ceilings, large windows, and high-end décor.
  • To one side of the front door is a desk space with an overstuffed wheeled chair. This office space is tucked out of the way so you can finish work without disrupting your vacation.
  • To the other side is an elegant breakfast nook and wet bar, complete with a round table and seating for four under an elaborate chandelier.

The breakfast area transitions effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen, which serves as the heart of the home. The modern kitchen features:

A center island provides even more space to prepare snacks and meals, and top-of-the-line appliances make it easy to cook. The main living area is just off the kitchen. This main lounge area has:

A heavy wooden arched door leads from this living space to the incredible main suite. The main bedroom has:

  • A King size bed
  • A dresser
  • Corner sitting area
  • An incredible private bathroom

This bright room features sliding glass doors that lead right out to the pool and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. In the bathroom, the walk-in shower is behind a half glass wall and features beautiful tile work, rain-shower features, and frosted windows that allow for sunlight. The bathroom also has beautifully hand-painted bowl sinks, an extensive floating vanity with two sinks, and a deep bathtub.

The second bedroom is soft gray and white color tones and has a Queen size bed. This quiet room is tucked away from the main living areas and has a classic dresser and vanity with plenty of room to keep your clothes and belongings organized.

The third bedroom is mostly white and features two bunk beds with twin mattresses. This bright and airy room is close to the family bathroom and is a quiet and comfortable place to rest after a busy day at the beach.

The family bath is gorgeous and features a large walk-in shower behind a half glass wall along with another floating vanity.

The shady lanai, expansive sun deck, and sparkling pool look out over the calm and quiet waterway. The covered lanai features:

  • An outdoor kitchen
  • High-end lounge furniture
  • An outdoor dining set
  • Plush recliners

A flat-screen TV on the patio means you’ll never have to choose between watching your favorite shows and relaxing outside. The entire pool deck sits under a screened-in enclosure to keep dirt and debris out and all of the sunshine in. Walk down from the pool through the backyard to the private boat dock. If you’re bringing your boat on vacation, this is the perfect spot to park it.

Other items to note:

  • Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning.
  • Trailers are not allowed to be stored on the property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37)
  • We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!
  • The Property Manager is not responsible for construction or construction noise near any of our properties.
