Welcome to Completely Coastal and its carriage house, Sol Surfer, located in the prestigious gated community of Carillon Beach. This charming property consists of a main house and carriage house, offering accommodation for up to 13 guests. Situated just one block away from the beach access, guests also have the privilege of enjoying three community pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Ideal for a family vacation, the property provides ample space and privacy.

The main house features sleeping arrangements for 9 guests, with a queen bedroom on the first floor, two king suites on the second floor, and a bunk room also on the second floor. The first floor boasts an open-concept living area and kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker for keeping beach beverages cool.

The carriage house comprises a first-floor queen bedroom with a full bath, while the second floor features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a half bath, and an efficient kitchen. Additionally, the carriage house is equipped with its own washer and dryer.

The guests of Completely Coastal have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily (excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas). Furthermore, the property offers a natural gas grill situated between the two homes for hosting afternoon barbecues, a selection of beach toys, and parking space for up to 4 vehicles, which includes both a private driveway and on-street parking.
