EXTERIOR

• The tropical, pool 32x13 and spa with the outdoor dining area has plenty of room for family and friends.

• Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy evenings around the pool.

• Enjoy an outdoor shower to freshen up after your day at the beach.

• The pool heat is $150.00 a week.

• Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company.

• 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached.

• Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer.

• Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.

• While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool.

• Nothing can be done about this issue.

• Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost.

• The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool.

• In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible.

• It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes.

• No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

• There are two covered parking spaces underneath the carport and an additional two parking spots in the driveway.

• Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.

• Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.

• Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
