Oceanfront Condo with Oceanside Pool and Private Fishing Pier Access

• This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is located on the sixth floor of the complex. It has a queen bed with adjustable base in the Master Bedroom, and each of the beautifully appointed guest rooms have a queen bed. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and a big screen TV with cable and a DVR in the living room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

• All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor units. You will have access to a private 800' fishing pier, and no fishing permit is needed. There is a large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex, complete with community grills and tables for outdoor dining. The complex also offers a tennis court. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

• Monthly Rentals offered in January and February only. 4 day minimum stay in the off season. Mandatory Saturday to Saturday week stay during the summer.

Important Notice:

• Starting in March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
