A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. 25+ to rent.

Equipped with a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and small dining area.

THINGS TO NOTE

• Parking passes are permitted and provided to you. We do not charge extra for parking but for lost/stolen parking passes, there will be a $25 charge.
• This is a "co-op" but not a hotel where fresh towels, toiletries, etc are replenished daily. This is a privately owned unit and you can find a list of what do supply/don't supply in our rental agreement.

Community Laundry Room on site:

• Washer: $1.75/load
• Dryer $1.00/load

There is a vending machine for soap products if needed.

• Soda, ice, and vending machine is on the main floor.
• Ping pong table is located on the main floor.
• The pool offers handicap access.
• Current construction going on next door to the hotel.
• 2/19/24 - 3/1/24, the homeowner's association is having construction performed on the building. During this time, the pool will be closed and guests might experience sound disturbances.
