Construction of Keystone's new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Management will not provide any refunds or do property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area.

  • You can have it all with this nicely appointed and spacious property with second bath, Murphy Bed, large primary suite, ski slope views, and Village location. Located on an upper floor, you'll enjoy the sunny southwestern exposure, new flooring, updated appliances, and countertops. The living area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Off of the living room is the private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

  • The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

  • Red Hawk Lodge has several amenities to offer including a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, pool deck with sun loungers, grill, and fire pit, exercise room, sauna, ski lockers, communal laundry room, and lobby with a pool table. The gondola is only steps away from Red Hawk Lodge, making your morning commute to the slopes a breeze. River Run Village is also within walking distance and has several restaurants and shops to enjoy during your stay in Keystone. If you are looking to visit other areas of Keystone, there is a free shuttle stop right outside of Red Hawk.

All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

There is parking onsite for one vehicle. Summit County Permit Number: STR21-00269. Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that are advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking, and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.

Cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival and you'll get a refund of 50%. If you cancel after that, you won't get a refund.
