• No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties or anywhere in the complex
• No pets
• For work from home, we always recommend having a hotspot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
• Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to get to the front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
• This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors, and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
