Tropic Terrace Suite #11 is a 265 square foot pool-facing studio unit with a beach theme on the ground floor. It features a king bed, large coffee maker, beach chairs, ceiling fan, romantic electric fireplace, and new ceramic floors.

Nestled on the pristine shoreline of Treasure Island, Florida, Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort offers a unique collection of vacation suites with a distinctive old Florida design. Guests can indulge in breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and soak up the warmth of the Florida sun.

One of the resort's key features is its proximity to the beach, with no streets to cross, just an endless expanse of open beaches stretching from the resort's all-season pool to the Gulf of Mexico. The resort also boasts a prime location on the Treasure Island boardwalk, providing guests with easy access to an array of shopping, restaurants, and the Johns Pass Fishing Village.

• If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes are 7% sales and 6% tourism.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No boats or trailers may be parked on the property
• 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check-in date.
• $25.00 lockout or lost key fee.
