Unit features 2 large bedrooms (each with King size bed), and 2 full bathrooms (with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers). Living room has 2- Full size cushy Futon Beds, spacious Fully Stocked Kitchen, and a sturdy Desk with a high-back executive chair for those on a Workcation.
Deck features dining area, lounge chairs, umbrellas, plenty of seating, Propane BBQ Grill , and 6 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs (housed in the deck storage container).
Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi/Cable and 2 Parking spaces (if passes are not in the unit please ask Front Office - office hours
Mon - Fri 9am-5pm/ Sat & Sun 10am-2pm). Note that Unit deck does not have direct access to the beach but the property does.
Breezy building features a community Ocean Front fresh water heated pool (starting in February all guests will be required to pay an additional $15/day Resort fee). Guests are required to check-in at Front Office for wrist bands.

Managed by an experienced management company to communicate with for all needs from booking to checkout and everything in between. We provide one set of toiletries per bathroom, the beds will be dressed with linens and blankets, bath towels and pool towels (if applicable), 1 full bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, 1 full bottle of hand soap per sink, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and a few laundry detergent pods.
