The Pinellas Trail is just 2 blocks east, and Main Street and Dunedin Harbor are 1.3 miles north, where you will find plenty of great restaurants, shops, a seasonal farmers market, and microbreweries.

Take the short ferry ride to Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island or Honeymoon Island from the Dunedin Marina, or enjoy an easy ride on the Jolly Trolley, which runs along Edgewater and can transport you to Clearwater Beach, Sand Key or 10 miles north to the sponge docks at Tarpon Springs. The new Fenway Hotel is just a couple of blocks north along Edgewater Drive, with a rooftop bar to take in the view, or check out the adjacent Tai Chi Society offerings.

Birding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and sailing are all available on the Sound. There is fun and relaxation in every direction and numerous beaches to choose from, whether you prefer it tranquil or lively!

• Toronto Blue Jays fans can walk 5 blocks to the Dunedin stadium via the Pinellas Trail. No need to deal with parking!
• Philadelphia Phillies' fans can find their spring home, Spectrum Field, in Clearwater within a few miles.
• The Grapefruit League rotates its teams through, and other ballparks are within easy reach.
• Plus, there is access to horse racing at Tampa Downs, Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Music fans might want to enjoy the many live performers in the local restaurants and microbreweries in Dunedin, or check out the concert line-up at Ruth Eckard Hall or the Capitol Theater, both in Clearwater.
