A Sunset Dream is a place you can get away from it all! With its highly desired location on North Clearwater Beach, you are steps away from the world-renowned white sand beaches, and one mile from downtown entertainment. This home has been newly remodeled (2019) with a new addition (2021 completion) that will be sure to impress.

When you first pull up to A Sunset Dream you will notice the beautiful tropical landscaping, the homes unique exterior accents, and paver U shaped driveway.

Entering the home, you will be surprised by the open concept giving you and your family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some well needed relax time.

The main floor offers a beautiful Kitchen with dining area all connected to the living area for easy entertaining and socializing.

Off the Living area are two bedrooms, the first is the Queen Guest room with a TV and large closet. Off this bedroom is a Jack and Jill full bath shared with the Bunk Room guests which also has its own closet and room for a game table. The bunk room can accommodate seven, with two full beds and three twins; the arrangements are endless. Exiting the bunk room back to the living area a half bath is conveniently located for guests and perfect for the bunk room guests to have at night when the queen room guests would like more privacy!

Back through the kitchen to dining area you will find a full laundry room with a closet and the main floor Master Suite. This master suite is sure to please with more room than you will know what to do with! A large closet gives you room to unpack and relax, sit and read with the patio doors open listening to the sounds of the pool, or getting ready in the Master Bathroom with walk in shower.

As you head back out through the dining area and toward the French doors you will see a Full-Sized daybed, with another twin trundle, this is a great overflow room offering its own bathroom and walk in shower and large closet. This room easily become private by closing the French Doors or leave open for a nice relaxing area to enjoy!

As you walk through the Daybed room you head up a flight of stairs only to be welcomed by a beautiful custom Kitchenette. Here you will have access to a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink, perfect for any guest wanting to relax without leaving this private Utopia. Entering the King Guest Suite you will notice the vast patio doors and windows overlooking the pool area, there is a deck to enjoy your morning coffee or night cap! You won't want to climb out of the comforts of the King bed, but other luxuries await! Off the bedroom is a lovely bathroom with walk in shower, you will admire the chevron floors and custom cabinets giving you all the room to share with your significant other.

Up the steps to the third level Sundeck a tropical atmosphere takes over with a vibrant blue custom wet bar with a mini fridge, ice maker and sink! You can relax on the outside sundeck all day with no worries! The sundeck conveniently offers a half bath as well, so bring up the drinks and snack and enjoy the views!

There are exterior/interior cameras at this location. The exterior cameras stay on 24/7 for security and liability reasons. The interior cameras are only on when the home isn't rented. During the time the house is rented by guests, these interior cameras are disabled and unplugged.

Back to the main floor as you exit out the French doors (or right outside the Main King Suite!) you will find a small oasis, a picturesque landscape of palms and shells adorns the pool and oversized hot tub, it will take everything in you to not immediately jump in! The flawless travertine pool deck is a perfect place to relax, or if you prefer full sun, as Wisconsin would say, the “Beer Garden” is a great area to enjoy! The beautiful custom wet bar gives you the amenities of any kitchen, including a grill, mini fridge, and ice maker, keeping the house clean! Enjoy the sounds of the hot tub trickling into the pool or watch your favorite TV program and on cooler nights, close the hurricane shutters and warm yourself with the outdoor heater!
