Tropic Terrace Suite #35 is a pool-facing unit located in the Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort on the pristine shoreline of Treasure Island, Florida. The resort offers a unique collection of vacation suites with a distinctive old Florida design.

The resort's prime location at the sandy edge of one of the largest beaches in the area provides guests with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to an array of shopping, restaurants, and the Johns Pass Fishing Village.

One of the resort's key features is its proximity to the beach, with no streets to cross, just an endless expanse of open beaches stretching from the resort's all-season pool to the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets here are a treat that leaves a lasting impression on all visitors.

Guests can unwind in the resort's heated pool located in a lush tropical courtyard or sink into one of the comfortable lawn chairs facing the beach.

• If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes are 7% sales and 6% tourism.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No boats or trailers may be parked on the property
• 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check-in date.
• $25.00 lockout or lost key fee.
