Tropic Terrace Suite #15 is a pool-facing studio unit located in the Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort in Treasure Island, Florida. The resort is situated on the pristine shoreline of Treasure Island, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and an endless expanse of open beaches stretching from the resort's all-season pool to the Gulf of Mexico.

The resort features a distinctive old Florida design and offers a unique collection of vacation suites. Guests can unwind in the resort's heated pool located in a lush tropical courtyard or sink into one of the comfortable lawn chairs facing the beach. Tropic Terrace also boasts a prime location on the Treasure Island boardwalk, providing guests with easy access to an array of shopping, restaurants, and the Johns Pass Fishing Village.

• If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes are 7% sales and 6% tourism.
• There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No boats or trailers may be parked on the property
• 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check-in date.
• $25.00 lockout or lost key fee.
