The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence is tastefully appointed with high-end furnishings and decor. It is centrally located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay, with a short two-block walk to private beach access. Enjoy the white sands of Clearwater Beach and beautiful sunsets along the Gulf of Mexico. A short one-block walk brings you to the Bay where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

The fabulous beach house includes a large private pool and spa, a comfy screened lanai with outdoor seating area, flat screen TV, and swing-a-san. The completely fenced-in backyard has a Tiki bar for BBQ parties.

Coastal Beach Escape is fully stocked with every appliance you will need, including two refrigerators, stove/oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The open floor plan layout includes a large center island from which you can enjoy the dining area, living area, and oversized family room with a 70" flat screen TV.

The bedroom layout features luxury sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The Turtle bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an oversized comfy chair which pulls out to a twin bed. The Ships and Anchors bedroom is ideal for children with a fantastic trundle bunk bed. The Endless Summer bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen-sized bed and a full-size pull-out futon bed.

Coastal Beach Escape allows you both the privacy of the Carlouel development and the fun-filled downtown Clearwater Beach area of Pier 60, only 1.5 miles away. Enjoy other close attractions, including the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, numerous beach restaurants, other fine dining, and water activities such as deep-sea fishing, boat, jet ski rentals, and parasailing. Caladesi State Park is a beautiful beach walk away from the private beach, which can only otherwise be accessed by ferry. Please note that Coastal Beach Escape is able to accept minimum one-month rentals only. In addition, there is a cap of $200/month on the Duke of Energy utility bill and a cap of $300/month on the City of Clearwater utility bill.
