This two story townhome with a private entrance provides ample space and convenience for your mountain getaway! This unique layout is sure to provide space for everyone. Separating the bedrooms from the living and cooking area on separate floors ensures peace and quiet for all.  Located on the second level is the kitchen, dining and living rooms.  The vaulted ceilings make the top floor feel much more spacious. Large open rafters accompanied by a beautiful stone fireplace give this town home a mountain feel.  The kitchen and dining area ensure that dinner with the family will go smooth.  With seating for six, 1622 provides everything needed to a delicious home cooked meal.  The second story also features a large wrap around patio for relaxing outside.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the townhome.  The primary bedroom features a king sized bed.  It also features a remodeled en-suite bathroom, as well as a private patio.  The guest room provides extra sleeping arrangements and is great for the kids. Outfitted with a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, the children will be thrilled to all have their own space.  The guest room also has a private patio as well as flat panel TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Quicksilver is an amenity rich complex. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the large indoor pool or hot tub. The clubhouse also contains laundry and a communal grill. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up every 20 minutes and will take you anywhere you want in Keystone so you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life. Quicksilver is also close to many hiking trails, the tennis center and a convenience store in Keystone.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
