By booking this reservation, renter agrees to release owner of any liability from injury or misfortune affecting any member of the rental party.

Renter is responsible for up to $750.00 for loss of, or significant damage to, the kayaks/paddles.

Pool cameras are required by owner's insurance carrier, and tampering with them will initiate an additional $750.00 charge.

Weekly pool service is Wednesday-Thursday.
