The living/Dining room is decorated with prints from Alphonse Mucha who was a prolific artist in the late 1800’s early 1900’s, the time when this part of Santa Rosa was established. One block away from all the shops and restaurants of downtown Santa Rosa. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful historic homes on every corner!

• This cozy property is equipped with all the amenities you will need to make your stay fun and comfortable. Enjoy watching TV in the living room, it is hooked up on Roku with all the Roku Apps people can log in to. Connect with your family and friends via the Internet. Our full kitchen has everything you need for preparing delightful meals. You can also enjoy privacy with a cute backyard and newly remodeled deck.

PET POLICY

• We only allow 1 pet, not weighing more than 55 lbs each.
• Guests must not leave their pet in the property when they are away for more than 2 hours.
• Please ensure pet do not cause a nuisance to neighbours. This includes excessive noise. Dog must be kept under control and on a leash in public places, communal areas and walkways.

PET DEPOSIT

• There is a $200 pet deposit. Any damages will be assessed and become the responsibility of the pet owner.
