Outback is a brand new townhome located in the Milepost 1 community, between Widgi Creek Golf Course and 7th Mountain Resort along the Deschutes River. The townhome has 3 bedrooms, an office, and 3.5 bathrooms. It boasts new and luxurious furnishings and AC.

The kitchen is well-equipped with new, high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals to share with family or entertaining friends. The light, bright, open kitchen/dining/living area provides the perfect setting for gatherings. Large Smart TVs are available in every bedroom and the office, and a 70-inch smart TV is in the living room. You can log into your own Netflix, Amazon, or Apple accounts, or watch television on your own personal devices using the provided WiFi.

The living room area has an amazing view of towering pine trees and is open to the kitchen and dining areas, creating ample gathering space. A powder room is conveniently located for guests, and there is a Master Suite on the First Floor with an en suite bathroom. The second floor has another Master with 2 Queens and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom.

Outback is located in the closest residential neighborhood to Mt. Bachelor, making it particularly amazing in the winter to beat traffic to the mountain so that you can get an early start for a great day on the slopes.
