1879 Dogwood is a luxurious three bedroom pool home located in a quiet, affluent suburb in the heart of Marco Island. The large house sits up against a wooded conservation area and is perfect for a luxury beach vacation.

The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious L-shaped sofa and ottoman set, oversized armchair, and unobstructed views of the pool and patio. The mostly white room is calming and welcoming, and the bright blue accents add color to the space. The open concept floor plan allows everyone in the family to move freely around the house, giving each other space while still being together.

The gourmet kitchen is white, crisp, and clean, and features stainless steel appliances, a center island, sleek granite counters and a gorgeous gray-toned backsplash. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, blender, gourmet knife set, and all of the kitchen gadgets you need to cook a family meal. The large sink and whisper quiet dishwasher make clean-up easy.

To one side of the kitchen is a formal dining room, and on the other side is a quiet sitting area. The formal dining room has a glass top dining room table and seating for six in a sunny alcove of windows. The sitting room on the other side has a comfortable sofa, simple coffee table, and flat screen TV.

The first bedroom features two twin size beds and blue, white and green color tones. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a bright and bold nautical themed bedspread on top of a high end mattress. The master bedroom is a quiet and peaceful retreat, complete with King size bed, name brand linens, corner sitting area, decorative light fixtures and a large window that allows for plenty of natural light.

The home has a beautiful poolside bathroom with access directly to the pool and patio, making it easy to shower off the sand from a busy beach day and jump right into the pool. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, simple vanity area and hotel-quality towels.

Step out onto the shady stone patio and enjoy cocktails at sunset or a family poolside BBQ. The screened in enclosure around the entire pool lets all the Florida sun in and keeps dirt and debris out. The shaded poolside patio has plenty of comfy chairs and a dining area with seating for six. The pool backs up to a conservation area so you can swim and relax in privacy.

Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37)
