• There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room.

• In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area.

• The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and opens to large living and dining area.

• A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation.

• The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and no fishing license is required when fishing from this private pier.

• If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex.

• Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. (Sorry, NO Pets Allowed.)

• These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity.
• The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies.
• Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends.
• Repairs will last about one year.
• A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied.
