• Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in).

• The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets and party is allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene,1 dish soap/sponge, 1 dish detergent to the dishwasher, 1 laundry detergent, and 2 garbage bags.

TRASH PICKUP:
There is a valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays around 10 a.m. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
