ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES:

1. Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
2. Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six).
3. Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway or on road shoulder.
4. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
5. NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
6. The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 1839.
