There is no need to wait for elevators or climb steps to get to this unit or to the beach. The ground floor is ideal for children and the elderly.

The master bedroom contains charming blue beachy furnishings, a king-sized bed, plenty of storage, and a flat screen TV. The connected bathroom features a granite countertop and a tub/shower combo. The bunk room contains twin over double bunk beds and shutter doors for seclusion. The living room features bright Sunbrella furniture, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has been recently redone with granite counter tops, a new stainless farm style sink, and new cabinets. It also includes all of the pots and pans, large and small, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and utensils. There is lots of sitting, and walking off the patio. The enclosed yard area and shuffleboard patio makes you feel safe and protected. You can even observe the kids in the pool from your patio. There is pleasant seating for watching the sunset.

Every residence has its own Wi-Fi connection. Sheets, blankets, bath towels, and other linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. You have your own full-size laundry room directly across from the condo's front door. Whether you enjoy lounging by the pool or waiting on the beach until after dusk, you will appreciate this compact family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife but not exactly next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums are approximately 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and approximately 2 1/2 miles from the beginning of Front Beach Road. Major food stores and eateries are only a short distance away. This is the spot to create unforgettable family experiences! This condo can accommodate a maximum of six people and we rent to families.... or people above the age of 25.
