SLEEPING AND BATHROOM ARRANGMENTS

Bedrooms:
One of the most exciting things about staying somewhere new is deciding where everyone sleeps. This property has seven bedrooms with four master bedrooms, all with large LED Smart TVs with Roku and ensuites featuring large walk-in showers, ideal for grown-ups. Children in your group are bound to go wild at the three-themed Disney - Under the Sea room on the second floor, which offers children (and adults) the chance to sleep under the Sea. The room is designed to make you feel genuinely under the sea. The two full beds are beautiful pirate-shaped themed beds. The toy-themed bedroom is on the first floor, painted in vivid colors; it will surely delight any young child with two twin spaceship beds. The princess room offers two twin castle beds for your real princes and princesses. The twin beds are built into castles.

All King beds have luxury mattresses and lots of pillows.

We, as hosts, have tried to ensure that all our guests get real and comfortable beds to sleep in, spending years testing mattresses, and then we provide soft, fresh towels and starter toiletries.

As mentioned, all the Master suite bedrooms have ensuites and a shared Pool full bathroom (downstairs) and shared full bathroom (upstairs).

MAIN LIVING AREA

A great space is for gathering and relaxing together. Three sofas offer somewhere comfortable to kick back, maybe with a book or watching the latest large LED Smart TV specification. You get great views of the pool and the outside deck area from here, and in the evenings, you can bring popcorn and gather for a movie night. But, of course, we'll leave the choice of the movie up to you!

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / DINING AREA

Here is the hub of the house, the place to get fueled up for another day at Disney and the theme parks. As you'd expect from such a stylish, recently renovated property, the kitchen is home to the latest high-specification stainless steel appliances that make preparing brilliant breakfasts, lush lunches, and delicious dinners an absolute pleasure. You'll find a coffee maker and Keurig machine, so whoever's first awake in the morning can get that wonderful aroma filling the house. There is plenty of storage space for your favorite foods in the cupboards. Large capacity Stainless Steel French Door fridge freezer, an icemaker, dishwasher, and all the utensils, fine dinnerware, cookware, and all countertop appliances a group of up to 14 is likely to need in a fine home away from. If you don't want to cook, we can also help you find a chef for an evening.

You also get a four-seater breakfast bar and four-seater kitchen table to sit and enjoy snacks, with the main formal dining table in an adjacent area, ideal if you're planning a sit-down meal for everyone during your stay. Then, of course, you can enjoy your food outside, which is where we're heading next….

OUTSIDE

First, which will you try, the swimming pool or the hot tub? Would you like to soak up the sun while sitting at a patio table or reclining on a sun lounger? They're all here and all yours. Plus, there's a Propane Gas Grill BBQ if you fancy cooking great-tasting food outside during your stay. The home has a large 38-foot-long, 16-foot-wide heated fish-shaped pool that incorporates a heated spa (the “fin” of the fish shape) and a zero entry shallow area for young children (the “tail” of the fish shape). Under the Water-Themed Splashpad!

MOVIE THEATER / CINEMA
The kids and big kids in your group will love what we have done with the garage — turned it into a large movie theater / Cinema with reclining chairs, Dolby surround sound, and a large screen TV with DVD, Roku, and Streaming!

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

Do you have work to do during your vacation, or do you want to stream something? Or maybe you're booking a break with colleagues on business. Either way, the 400Mbps of Internet access and enterprise company-grade Wi-Fi across the house should come in handy. You even get free unlimited landline calls to the USA and Canada from here, and the Wi-Fi covers the pool area.

LAUNDRY

The large capacity washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, will help ensure you keep everyone's clothes clean during your stay. So, if a favorite top gets spoilt on the first day, it can be washed, dried, and worn again!

PARKING

The final mention goes to space for four to six vehicles outside the property on the long driveway, so you'll never have to worry about the room to unload after a day at the parks!

'Mickey’s Sunrise ' is in a prime position within the Formosa Gardens Estates, a gated community with lovely lakes and natural areas. Sea Pearl Circle, one of the community's roads, is a circular path of approx. One mile, perfect for evening family walks (extra fun at night during the fireworks!) or for your fitness-conscious family members to burn off some energy. If you love to walk, Formosa Winery is nearby; mini golf, some essential shops, and a few restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Lobster are all within an easy walk, and the restaurants of Sunset Walk at Margaritaville are just a bit further.

Please note that all bookings must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older, and our maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 14 people, including children.

To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including Laundry detergent, toilet paper per bathroom, bath soap, and paper towel in the kitchen. However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies plus as needed, other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments.

Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking.

We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow animals or pets on our property. Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations to ensure our guests' and our own safety and satisfaction.

Please note that all quoted costs are based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking, and any additional guests will incur extra charges. This is a self-catering property; Guests are responsible for your meals.

To maintain our property's high standards, we have a dedicated Pool Care Team and Gardener who visit the property every week to keep everything looking its best. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and look forward to hosting you!
