The tropical style pool deck offers lush landscaping, a lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and a grill. Private beach access, a full fitness room, garage parking, and upscale ambiance are a few amenities you will enjoy. Included with your rental is our 6-seater golf cart.

• The master bedroom includes a king bed, gulf views, closet, flat-screen TV, and connected bathroom. The master bath includes a double vanity sink and newly renovated walk-in shower. Your guest room includes a queen bed, closet, and stunning gulf views. This room also offers an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

• You will also enjoy the spacious living area, half bath, & large balcony with outdoor seating and spectacular gulf views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with additional seating for 2. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, and WIFI is complimentary.

• A 6-seater golf cart is offered and included with the rental.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying in the rental home. A copy of each guest's insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Guests will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
