FUN FEATURE Adjacent to the karaoke machine, there's a charming metal wine barrel side table where our guests are welcome to add their corks to our collection. We'd also love to hear about your favorite karaoke song or any special events you've celebrated while staying here!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and special towels for makeup removal
• Ground coffee packets are available, please make sure to use the provided coffee filters.
• Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
• If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
  1st Offense will result in a $100 fine.
  2nd Offense will result in a $250 fine.
• If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
• Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fire pit and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
• This property is NOT pet-friendly.

• We have a Smart doorbell that captures video of who comes/goes. Please no parties or additional people outside of your group in the home.
• TAXES: 6% state tax is added to your room rate 7% local hotel occupancy tax is also added to your room rate
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
