• Queen Floor Mattress or Queen Air Bed – For guests who have a group of 3 individuals, a Queen Airbed or Queen Floor Mattress will be provided depending on what is available. It will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Airbed/Floor Mattress in advance.
• Entertainment -- Super High Speed Starlink WIFI and HDTVs with Roku streaming devices (guest mode).
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located just outside of the unit with all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.
• Parking: free parking available onsite.
• Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided.

You are booking the Cottage of a triplex property. Your private entrance is through the driveway gate; follow signs to walk around the path to the door with a smart lock. Your code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival. The Studio, attached to the Cottage, has a long-term tenant, who is super sweet and helpful. You have 100% privacy in the cottage throughout your stay. A 24/7 guest support phone number will be provided in the check-in instructions.

Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules. Violations may result in an additional fee or cancellation/eviction from the property at the host's discretion. All-out parties and binge-drinking types of events are NOT allowed. If you need clarification on whether your gathering is permitted, please inquire before booking. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it this way. If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, our cleaners charge $25 per hour that will be collected after booking.
